We are understandably sorry if you have to cancel your stay with us, but we are sympathetic to unexpected events. Under the following conditions you may cancel your booking or already paid holiday with us:
- Free cancellation 14 days before arrival
- 100% of the booking price for cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival.

1. Prices and services
Indicative prices for accommodation and any additional services are given in the accommodation provider’s presentation materials (website, brochures, etc.). However, the customer is bound by the price stated in the accommodation voucher. For the scope of the contractually agreed services and prices, the voucher is binding. The accommodation provider is entitled to change the agreed conditions of stay in cases beyond its control (e.g. force majeure).
2. Cancellation of the stay by the customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the reservation at any time before arrival. Cancellation of the stay requires electronic cancellation in writing (email with acknowledgement of receipt) to chalupamlynarka@gmail.com. The date and time of sending the email is decisive for determining the time of cancellation.
The accommodation provider will not charge the customer the above cancellation fees if he/she could not use the agreed services for the following reasons: death in the family, hospitalization of the customer or a member of his/her family, serious illness, call-up order, natural disaster. The customer is obliged to provide written proof of the aforementioned facts to the accommodation provider within 3 days of their occurrence.
3. Validity
These terms and conditions are an integral part of the accommodation order and the accommodation voucher.
