Cottage Mlynářka is a traditional mountain timber cottage in the Giant Mountains, intended for families and friends who are looking for peace, privacy, and the atmosphere of a real cottage.

Don’t expect a hotel or a modern wellness resort. Mlynářka offers authentic mountain accommodation with space for up to 8 people and the chance to be together — with no other guests, no shared spaces, no noise.

🪵 About the cottage

The cottage is an older, well-maintained timber building that preserves its original character. The interior is simple and functional, in keeping with the style of a mountain cottage.

If you are looking for modern design, luxury bathrooms and wellness, Mlynářka probably isn’t the right choice for you.

But if you’re looking for a quiet place with character, you’ve come to the right place.

The cottage is ideal for guests who are looking for peace, privacy, and the atmosphere of the mountains rather than hotel-like comfort.

We rent out the lower apartment of the cottage with two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet, accommodating up to 8 guests. Heating is provided by electric panel heaters, hot water by an electric boiler, and drinking water comes from the public mains.

Mlynářka is a non-smoking property; smoking is allowed outside only.
Wheelchair users please note that the apartment is unfortunately not barrier-free — there are higher thresholds and narrower doorways.

A private fenced garden with seating and a grill — perfect for summer evenings and children.

You’ll find a washer and dryer in the laundry room and a dishwasher in the kitchen. With us you can really unwind.

A warm home

Electric panel heaters in every room warm the cottage quickly even in freezing weather. Drinking water comes from the public mains and is heated by an electric boiler.
