We rent the residential part of the cottage as a whole and charge per night regardless of the number of guests. Maximum capacity is 8 people. You will have the cottage to yourselves for the entire stay. Accommodation prices are listed including 12% VAT.

What’s included in the price
- Accommodation for up to 8 people (6 beds in 3 double beds + 2 extra beds)

Additional fees
These fees are not included in the accommodation price and will be added to the total reservation price (included in the deposit and balance):

🎁 Discounts and offers

Discounts cannot be combined. They do not apply to Christmas and New Year stays. The longer-stay discount is offered automatically in our reservation system once the condition is met; the loyalty discount is sent to returning guests as a voucher.
💳 Payment terms
All payments are processed cashlessly in advance through the Pays.cz payment gateway. The local tax and pet fee are part of the total reservation amount.
- After you submit the reservation form, we will send you a payment request for a 50% deposit of the total price.
- The deposit is payable within 3 days of confirmation, otherwise the reservation is cancelled.
- Balance of the remaining 50% must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
- Nothing further is paid on arrival.
❌ Cancellation policy
- More than 14 days before arrival – your deposit will be fully refunded.
- Less than 14 days before arrival – the deposit is forfeited to the host.
We recommend taking out travel insurance that covers cancellation fees.
🎟️ Gift vouchers
Treat your loved ones to a stay in the Giant Mountains. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase, are transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
