How it works

2.
Pay online via the Pays.cz payment gateway — by card or instant bank transfer.
3.
You will receive a PDF voucher with a unique code by e-mail — immediately after payment.
4.
The recipient redeems the code when booking a stay on chalupamlynarka.cz.
Frequently asked questions
How long is the voucher valid?
The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
How do I redeem the voucher?
When making a reservation on chalupamlynarka.cz, enter the unique voucher code and its value will be deducted from the total price of your stay.
Can the voucher be exchanged for money or returned?
The voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for money. Once purchased and delivered by e-mail, the purchase cannot be withdrawn (this is digital content under §1837 of the Czech Civil Code).
Can I use the voucher only partially?
Yes. If the total price of the stay exceeds the voucher value, you only pay the difference. If the stay is cheaper, any remaining value is unfortunately forfeited.
Will I receive the voucher printed, or only electronically?
You will receive the voucher as a PDF by e-mail — you can print it at home or pass it on digitally.
